Thanks to a highly delicate process that removes the stiff part of the feather, the Galeottis have managed to provide an extremely soft material. Work, passion, intuition and, of course, innovation: “the small number of firms that produce ornamental feathers forced us to develop techniques and solutions to production by re-adapting machinery born for other purposes, or very often inventing systems and complex machines”, says Guido.
