On 30 and 31 January, over 130,000 visitors travelled to Aosta's thousand-year old Fair of Sant’Orso, a yearly meeting point for hundreds of craftsmen exhibiting and selling their creations. Within the framework of the fair, Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte took part in a working table hosted by IVAT - Institut Valdotain de l'Artisanat de Tradition, which assembled significant entities involved, in various capacities, in enhancing artistic crafts. They aimed at finding a common path under the leadership of the International Charter of Artistic Craftsmanship, which all participants in the table had subscribed to, envisaging synergies and developments aimed at enhancing this important Italian heritage. Their wish is to be able to join forces to support specific mutual actions on behalf of metiers d'art and spread its culture with the public.
