Along with Argillà Italia's Ceramics International Festival (31 August – 2 September), the artist ceramist Clara Garesio is opening her solo exhibition evocatively entitled “Circle Time”, curated by Anty Pansera, an applied arts historian and critic.
On 31 August, Muky's Rotonda Rossi inaugurates Clara Garesio's exhibition, featuring a selection of her individual pieces, bearing testimony to the artist's different stages of her long, productive, rich research and artistic experimentation, together with some new pieces, specially created for the event. Her poetics is hinged on circularity, acknowledging the Rotonda Rossi's architecture, and, in particular, the works on display, by defining a path leading the visitor through the artist's creative, design-related, methodological and linguistic history in a sort of “magic circle” seamlessly including the objects on show in a dialogue “embracing the earths’ endless possibilities”.
