Assistant for a Day :: Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d’Arte

It has been successfully completed the second edition of the project "Assistant for a Day" organized by the Gruppo Nuovi Progetti e Iniziative Speciali of the Associazione Scuola Stoppani thanks to the contribution of Banca Popolare di Lodi and of the Consiglio of Zona3.

The initiative, unique in its kind, has made possible for 200 students of the School to spend an afternoon at "work" to discover the secrets of a profession.
Equipped with a jacket and a kit, children have become librarians, pharmacists, dentists, firemen, herbalists, bakers, etc.

“Una Scuola, un Lavoro”: young apprentices at work!

All the apprentices of "Una Scuola, un Lavoro. Percorsi di Eccellenza” – the historic Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte training internship project now in its 13th edition – are now at work! All over Italy, the photographer Peter Elovich, through his original shots, is collecting visual testimonies of the young protagonists at work, eager to "steal with their eyes and hands" the craft from their mentors and masters in this six-month apprenticeship.
